Return Policy

Physical Items:
Returns are accepted within 31 days of delivery date.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at Info@NightSpiritStudio.com with "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. Include your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damage, description of missing/incorrect items).

  • For items that are defective, damaged, missing components, or shipped incorrectly we will provide you with a return shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

  • Once approved, return items must be postmarked within 7 days and shipped to the address provided.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

All digital products (patterns, fonts, etc.) are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

If you experience an issue with a digital item please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

 

Shipping Notes:

  • Domestic orders: Allow 5–7 business days for delivery.

  • International orders: Allow 14–28 business days (delays may occur due to customs).

  • If your order includes multiple physical items, shipments may arrive separately.

    • Studio-branded goods (scissors, kits, jewelry, etc.) typically ship together.

 

Important:

  • Provide a secure shipping address—lost/stolen packages are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For damaged items during transit, contact us immediately; we may require proof of damage for insurance claims.
