Night Spirit Studio creates original artwork, cross‑stitch patterns, photos, graphics, and product designs. Unless otherwise noted, all content is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.

At‑a‑glance

Images & photos: Not for commercial use without permission. Limited editorial/press use may be granted with credit; ask us first. Social reposts are OK for features/reviews if you credit and link back (details below).

Patterns: Personal use only. You may sell up to one (1) finished work per purchased pattern. For more, request a commercial license (see “Pattern License” below).

Absolutely not permitted: Re‑uploading our files, removing watermarks, training AI on our content, minting NFTs, or using our brand assets to imply endorsement.

Image & Photo Use

These terms apply to images, photography, mockups, and promotional graphics owned by Night Spirit Studio.

Permitted

Social media: Sharing our image(s) in a post/story is OK if you include a visible attribution as shown below.
Press/Editorial mentions: You may reproduce a reasonable number of our images solely to report on, review, or feature Night Spirit Studio, provided you: don’t crop out watermarks/logos; don’t modify beyond basic resizing; include the attribution line shown below; and include a link to our site or listing.

Prohibited

Commercial advertising, product listings, or packaging without written permission.
Uploading our images to stock sites or training datasets; using them to train or fine‑tune any AI system.
Removing or obscuring watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices.

Pattern License (summary)

Pattern files are for personal use only.

You may sell up to one (1) handmade finished pieces per pattern purchase. For higher quantities or wholesale, please contact us to request a commercial license.

Do not share, resell, or redistribute pattern files (digital or printed). Do not claim derivative patterns as your own.

Trademarks & brand

“Night Spirit Studio,” our logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Night Spirit Studio. Do not use our marks in product names, domain names, or branding without prior written consent.

DMCA / Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work appears on our site without authorization, or you’ve found unauthorized copies of our content elsewhere, contact dmca@nightspiritstudio.com with:
